Free postage for all orders over $150 within Australia.

All other orders (under $150) a standard charge of $8.95 applies. (This does not include Express delivery. If Express is required please let us know and we will let you know the extra cost involved.)

Large or Heavy Items : Due to the high cost of sending large heavy items if your order is of a big size, the above shipping fees and free shipping offer for orders over $150 does not apply. We will contact you with approximate costs.

Billy Lou Kids Shoes will dispatch your goods within 3 working days of ordering.

Your goods will be sent via Australia Post (Registered Post) or courier depending on where in Australia you are.

Overseas orders are on an individual basis and can be quoted on request.

You can also pick up your order from Billy Lou Kids Shoes shop during our trading hours. We are located at Shop 2, 137 Norton Street (ENTRANCE ON SHORT STREET), Leichhardt NSW 2040.
