Sometimes, our online pricing may slightly differ from our store pricing due to special promotions or markdown stock.

Stock Availability

Stock levels change frequently due to sales within our Leichhardt store. Sometimes certain styles and brands are available for a limited time. In the event that you have purchased a shoe which is no longer available from our Leichhardt store, we will call or email you within 2 working days to discuss other options.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before the order is sent by Billy Lou Kids Shoes.

However, if the order has been sent you are unable to cancel the order.
