Returns Policy

Our returns policy is that the goods are returned to Billy Lou Kids Shoes (PO Box 811, Leichhardt NSW 2040) at the customers expense within 7 days via registered post.. We are happy to exchange for another size or style or offer a credit note (credit notes are valid for 6 months). The goods must be in as new condition with box and returned within 7 days. We recommend you send the goods back via Registered Post.

We will pay for return postage within Australia on exchanged goods on ONE (1) occasion only.

Please phone us on 02 9564 2212 or email on shoes@billylou.com.au prior to returning shoes to discuss reasons why and what replacement stock we have available.


Refunds are only given on faulty goods.
