ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED WITHIN 1 TO 2 WORKING DAYS VIA COURIERS PLEASE OR AUSTRALIA POST DEPENDING UPON WHERE IN AUSTRALIA YOU LIVE. GENERALLY, THEY ARE PROCESSED ON THE DAY YOU DO THE ORDER UNLESS IT IS THE WEEKEND OR PUBLIC HOLIDAY.


Free delivery on all orders over $150 within Australia - excludes NT (does not include Express Delivery)

Any orders under $150 the following shipping fee is added.

Express Delivery $19.95 (Orders must be received by 2pm) for NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC ($20.95 for WA & NT)

IN-STORE PICK UPS

If you choose In-store Pick Up, please note that you will be messaged either via text or email when the order has been processed and ready for pick up. Please also note that if you are doing an in-store pick up but require the shoes to be fitted you will have to wait in line with other customers. If you are just picking up, then let our staff know and we can bring the shoes out for you.

When picking up your order you must have proof of identity via a driver's licence and you will be requested to sign your order.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

Delivery to New Zealand is a standard cost of $39.95. No express delivery option is available online however you can email us at shoes@billylou.com.au to request a quote for this.

Billy Lou is not responsible for any costs or delays involved at the receivers end of customs. Once the parcel leaves us it is then your responsibility to pay any affiliated costs involved in this.

New Zealand deliveries will be sent via Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the parcel has left us.

Title for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Depending on the destination and product you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Billy Lou is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from Billy Lou you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

No free delivery available for overseas purchases.

OTHER OVERSEAS DELIVER

Overseas (other than New Zealand) orders are on an individual basis and can be quoted on request. Just email us at shoes@billylou.com.au.

We are happy to help and we do send overseas. You must have a Paypal account to be able to purchase from us for any overseas orders.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Large or heavy items : due to the high cost of sending large heavy items if your order is of a big size, the above shipping fees and free shipping offer does not apply. We will contact you with approximate costs.

Billy Lou Kids Shoes will dispatch your goods within 1-3 working days of ordering.

Working days are Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.

Your goods will be sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please depending on where in Australia you are. If in Perth your delivery can take 7 to 10 working days.

Please note for overseas deliveries allow up to at least 2 weeks.

Once your order leaves Billy Lou Kids Shoes you will be sent a tracking number, it is up to you 'the customer' to ensure all details given to Billy Lou and Paypal are correct. If incorrect address/phone or any other contact details are given this is the responsibility of you 'the customer'. We cannot be held liable for incorrect delivery information given.
