Our online returns policy is that the goods are returned to Billy Lou Kids Shoes (Shop 2, 137 Norton St Leichhardt NSW 2040) at the customers expense within 14 days of receipt via registered post and in accordance with our online forms & procedures. WE DO NOT SUPPLY RETURN SHIPPING LABELS.
We are happy to exchange for another size or style, offer a credit note (credit notes are valid for 12 months) or for online orders we can offer a full refund (less postage costs) via the method that you paid for the shoes.
The goods must be in as new condition with box and returned within 14 days of you receiving the shoes. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
All online returns need to be pre-approved by completing the Online Returns Notification form - here. We will email you a Return ID code that must be included with your returned items. Please ensure this is sent to you prior to returning any goods.
Please send the goods back via Registered Post to guarantee delivery as Billy Lou accepts no responsibility for lost returns. Please note we do not supply return labels, it is up to you to send via Australia Post or your chosen Courier at your expense.
The customer is responsible for any postage/delivery costs affiliated with any returns including Billy Lou returning shoes to the customer after exchange. You can either Pay for your exchange postage here or you can include a Pre-Paid Return Satchel with your returned shoes (ensuring the satchel is large enough for the shoes to be returned to you).

Standard Postage - $9.95 (NSW, QLD, SA, TAS) and $12.95 (NT & WA)
Express Postage - $19.95
Standard Postage - $24.95 (New Zealand)
Billy Lou takes no responsibility for lost parcels sent from you 'the customer'.

For countries other than Australia please indicate ‘return of non-conforming merchandise’ on customs forms. The customer is responsible for any customs costs occurring at either end of the return. This includes any customs costs coming into Australia and into your country of origin.
IN STORE SALES
Purchases made at our Leichhardt store cannot be exchanged to our Online Returns Department and will need to be returned to the store the item(s) were purchased from.
