RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE SALES

Our online returns policy is that the goods are returned to Billy Lou Kids Shoes (Shop 2, 137 Norton St Leichhardt NSW 2040) at the customers expense within 21 days of receipt via registered post and in accordance with our online forms & procedures. WE DO NOT SUPPLY RETURN SHIPPING LABELS.

EXCHANGE

Please purchase the shoes you would like online now so there is no delay in getting them to you. Send the incorrect shoes back to us at the address below and once we receive these we can refund. Please note you are responsible for any delivery/postage costs. Please ensure you have a tracking number for any returned shoes.

REFUND

If you require a refund then please email us shoes@billylou.com.au. We can then discuss next steps. Refunds are NOT offered on Sale or Outlet purchases.


We are happy to exchange for another size or style (see details about exchange above), offer a credit note or for online orders we can offer a full refund (less postage costs) via the method that you paid for the shoes for full priced items. Please note refunds do not include items from the Sale Section in particular the ONLINE OUTLET there are no refunds offered.

The goods must be in as new condition with box and all internal packaging and returned within 21 days of you receiving the shoes. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

All online returns need to be pre-approved by completing the Online Returns Notification form - here. We will email you a Return ID code that must be included with your returned items. Please ensure this is sent to you prior to returning any goods.

Please send the goods back via Registered Post to guarantee delivery as Billy Lou accepts no responsibility for lost returns. Please note we do not supply return labels, it is up to you to send via Australia Post or your chosen Courier at your expense.
 

RETURN ON SALE ITEMS

ONLINE OUTLET - No Returns available
Other Online Sale Items (not from the Outlet) - we offer exchange or credit note on other sale items. 


For countries other than Australia please indicate ‘return of non-conforming merchandise’ on customs forms. The customer is responsible for any customs costs occurring at either end of the return. This includes any customs costs coming into Australia and into your country of origin.


IN STORE SALES

Purchases made at our Leichhardt store cannot be exchanged to our Online Returns Department and will need to be returned to the store the item(s) were purchased from.

The goods must be in as new condition with box and returned within 21 days of you purchasing the shoes. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

We are happy to exchange for another size or style or offer a credit note (credit notes are valid for 3 years). Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

SALE ITEMS

In-store sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Online Sale items can be exchanged for another style or size or a credit note can be issued. No refunds on sale items.

Refunds are only given on faulty goods.
